Download the blockoff panel cut template directly from Diode Dynamics:

Important: Print the template at 100% scale. Do not use "fit to page" or any scaling settings. Verify accuracy by measuring the 5-inch reference line printed on the template before cutting.
Tools Needed
- Scissors
- Cutting device (rotary tool or utility knife)
- 7mm socket
- OEM screws (from original panel)
- Protective gloves and eye protection
Cutting Instructions
Step 1 — Print the template PDF on standard 8.5x11" paper at 100% scale. Verify the scale is correct by measuring the 5-inch reference bar printed at the top of the page.
Step 2 — Use scissors to cut out the outline of the template along the marked borders.
Step 3 — Place the paper template over your OEM blockoff panel and align the shape carefully to match the mounting points and contour.
Step 4 — Use your preferred cutting tool to trim the plastic panel along the curved edge as marked on the template.
Step 5 — Install the modified blockoff panel onto the Diode Dynamics fog lamp bracket using a 7mm socket and the original OEM screws.
Warning: Always use proper protective equipment and follow tool manufacturer instructions when cutting.
