Worked as expected.
Bulbs seem to be working fine and are way brighter than the old bulbs I had from another supplier. Only problem was customer service trying to order the bulbs. Left emails, texts and tried the online message chat and didn’t get a single response. Only way we were able to do anything was to phone in.
Purchased a 5000k HID bulb as I was reassured it would be a pure white output with my 35w Morimoto ballasts. After installing it has quite a yellow tinge to it resembling more of a 4300k bulb. Messaged in regards as to why and was simply told to buy a 6000k bulb as “They switched manufacturers so the bulbs won’t be the same as your old bulbs”. Would have been helpful being told this bit of information prior to ordering.
