Reengineered for Maximum Performance
At the core of the new Stage Series are Diode Dynamics' patented Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics, designed to capture and focus nearly all the light from each LED — projecting usable output exactly where it's needed with minimal glare or wasted light.
Every component has been upgraded for higher output and sustained performance. From automotive-grade LED emitters to copper circuit boards on Pro and Max models, each lightbar is engineered for consistent brightness, efficiency, and long-term reliability. The flagship SS50 Pro Spot produces over 1 million candela, projecting light more than 1.25 miles downrange.
Standard vs SmartSelect
The lineup is available in two versions. Standard offers a clean amber-only backlight for a streamlined OEM+ appearance. SmartSelect adds a selectable multicolor backlight with eight color options including true amber, a dynamic startup sequence, and on SS30+ models, main beam section control — inner, outer, or full bar — without additional wiring or switches.
Configurable, Linkable, and Fully Modular
SS10 and SS20 models are linkable using CrossLink technology, allowing multiple bars to combine into one seamless system including curved configurations. They can also link with C2 2.0 and C2R LED pods for fully integrated lighting solutions. All lightbars use 6000K white emitters with output color controlled by the lens — switching from white to selective yellow is as simple as a lens swap. Snap-on covers are available in multiple colors including true amber.
Power Levels
Each lightbar is available in Sport, Pro, and Max (SS10 only). Sport delivers strong performance with excellent efficiency. Pro increases output with copper PCBs for improved thermal management. Max uses the same Osram HX Boost LEDs found in the highest-output Stage Series pods. All operate on a 9–30V system for broad vehicle compatibility.
Built to Handle Anything
Aluminum construction, pin-fin heatsinks, ASTM-standard powdercoat finish, and IP69K waterproof rating. Every lightbar is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

- SAE Driving: Balanced 20x12 beam with forward output and added width
