The Stage Series A-Pillar LED Pod Kit for the 2020+ Polaris RZR Pro lets you mount two SS5 or SS3 LED pods to the A-pillars for a serious boost in light output during nighttime rides and dusty conditions. The SS5 pods include eight selectable backlight colors for accent lighting when the main beams are off. Here's the full installation walkthrough.

Disassembly Instructions
Step 1 — Remove Driver Seat and Interior Trim
Undo both driver seat adjustment buckles using the red pull tabs. Use a plastic trim removal tool to pry up the cup holder, then disconnect the connector with blue tabs underneath. Feed the safety harness through the back of the seat, pull the release handle, and tilt the seat forward and out. Remove the four 10mm bolts along the bottom of the center console. Remove the two 10mm bolts and two clips from the driver-side kick panel. Lift the rubber shift cover and remove the T40 bolt underneath to remove the shifter trim.
Wiring and Switch Instructions
Step 2 — Connect Battery and Route Switch Lead
Using a 10mm socket, connect the red wire from the wiring harness to the positive battery terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal. Tuck the relay next to the battery. With the switch disconnected, route the white connector lead from the battery under the center console into the cup holder area, then down and around the shifter toward the firewall — route around the shifting bracket, not through it. Continue routing toward the firewall and out the hole at the back of the passenger-side kick panel.
Step 3 — Mount Switch and Route DT Leads
Pop out a factory switch blank with a pick tool. If using the included round toggle switch, trim the key slot with flush-cut pliers. Drill a hole in the switch blank to approximately 20.5mm using the step bit. Feed the white lead through the front, press the switch into place with the double lines on top. Connect the switch lead. Route the first DT lead from the battery following the same path under the center console, exiting the driver-side kick panel, crossing behind the steering column, and up toward the driver-side A-pillar — pull it out under the A-pillar boot. Route the second DT lead along the switch lead path to the passenger-side kick panel, crossing behind the dash and up to the passenger-side A-pillar boot. Secure all wiring with zip ties away from moving parts.
Bracket and Pod Mounting
Step 4 — Install A-Pillar Brackets
Using a utility knife, cut a slot in each rubber A-pillar boot approximately 2-3/8" from the bottom and about 3-3/4" long. Peel back the rubber boot to reveal the two 18mm bolts and remove them. Pull the DT connector through the slot in the boot. Tape the included washers to the inside of the bracket with masking tape (washers go between the A-pillar and bracket). Slide the bracket (R orientation sticker facing up) through the boot slot, pull down to align with the A-pillar holes, and secure with the factory 18mm bolts. Use a level to confirm the bracket is level. Repeat for the other side.
Step 5 — Mount and Aim SS5 LED Pods
Assemble the SS5 universal brackets by inserting set screws in the bottom threads with a 3/32" Allen key, then slide the brackets over the SS5 pods and secure with the included 5/32" bolts and washers. Bolt the pods to the A-pillar brackets using the supplied carriage bolt, washer, lock washer, and nut — hand-tighten for now. Plug in the DT connectors and test function. Aim horizontally by rotating the pod left/right and tightening with a 13mm wrench. Aim vertically by tilting up/down and tightening with a 5/32" Allen key.
Reassembly
Reassemble the RZR by reversing the disassembly steps. Make sure to zip-tie any loose wiring to keep it away from hot or moving parts.
